24 Days in Scripture: An Advent Reading Plan

Starting December 1 and going through December 24, Advent is a time of the year observed by Christians as they prepare their hearts and minds for Christmas, the annual celebration of Jesus’ birth, which happened more than two thousand years ago in a tiny town called Bethlehem. 

This year’s Simquily Advent reading plan offers a twenty-four day journey through Scripture, from the Creation of the world to Jesus’ promise that He will come again. As Christians wait expectantly to celebrate Jesus’ birth on Christmas—and as we prepare for His return—we turn to God’s Word, which has been and always will be the Christian’s source of all faith, strength, and hope.
